Theanine Serene with Relora is one of the best anti-anxiety pills I tried so far. I suffer from seasonal depression and every autumn I just become sad, anxious, and emotionally unstable. So for years I have been taking medication against my depression, but this supplement seems to be the best so far. Not only I do not experience any drowsiness, but the effect is also very fast and lasts almost all day. I recommend this product to everybody who wants a truly effective help in fighting with stress and mood changes.

Hi, do you take it in the morning and at night? Or should it only be used at night because it causes drowsiness? I’ve been taking a pill at night and I feel sleepy the next day, I don’t know if I should take one in the morning too. Thanks

Lucas M.

I love this supplement because it has helped me feel good about myself and be able to relax again. I had been struggling with anxiety, had problems sleeping because I was always alert and could not find a way to get rid of the negative thoughts I had all the time. Now I just take the tablet and after a half an hour I feel relaxed and calm all day long.
