Stress Free provides a three-stages support system that features a special mixture of calming herbal extracts for the management of stress and anxiety. Most of its ingredients are popular plant extracts for similar products, such as Chamomile, Hops or Eleuthero (Asian Ginseng).
Hops has similar properties to the Valerian root and has been used as a treatment for insomnia, restlessness, tension, attention deficit disorder (ADHD) and insomnia. Preliminary research on the Chamomile flower extract found it an effective therapy for anxiety.
