Quadra Lean Review
Quadra Lean promises to be one of the better weight loss supplements, but does it deliver? We know that 60-70% of diet products doesn’t even work. So what about Quadra Lean? Our review is based on hundreds of dieter comments and reviews. On top of that, we took the details, then condensed and refined to give you the info you need.
Quadra Lean is produced by RSP Nutrition but the official website doesn’t provide information about when the business started or when Quadralean was introduced. However, there is extensive information on the formulation. The formula includes several well-known ingredients in weight loss supplements: L-Carnitine, raspberry ketones, garcinia cambogia, and conjugated linoleic acid. According to the producing company, when taken as recommended, Quadra Lean is supposed to support the weight loss process, metabolism, and improve the energy levels.
Quadra Lean contains the following ingredients: Quadra Lean includes the following ingredients: Clarinol (conjugated linoleic acid) 500 mg, Garcinia cambogia 500 mg, Raspberry ketones 250 mg, Quadra Lean Carnitine Blend (Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Propionyl-L-Carnitine, and Carnitine Tartrate) 500 mg, gelatin, dicalcium phosphate, plant cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide.
Clarinol (or conjugated linoleic acid) sounds very fancy for someone who is not familiar with diet pills. In reality, Clarinol is nothing more than CLA, a very common fat burner in many similar weight loss supplements. In fact, there are many other supplements containing just CLA as their active ingredient – often in the form of Tonalin – making similar claims as Quadra Lean.
What dieters has to know is that these fat loss claims are not supported with research. Our research team has found some references on CLA proving a movement of weight from fat to lean muscle, but only when taken by people who are already fit. Basically, there was no weight loss as the amount of lost fat was regained as lean muscle.
Garcinia cambogia has been used for centuries to treat a wide range of health concerns, but never to support the weight loss process. In fact, garcinia cambogia has become popular in this area after it was promoted as “the Holy Grail of weight loss” by the TV celebrity Dr. Oz in one of his shows.
A similar thing happened to raspberry ketones too. When promoted on television by Dr. Oz the worth went crazy for this ingredient and for all weight loss supplements using it. There is absolutely no evidence that raspberry ketones have any effect on weight loss or fat loss.
The official Quadra Lean website states the product is “scientifically formulated” to support weight loss but our research team could not find relevant clinical studies supporting the claims and RSP Nutrition does not provide links.
- A full list of ingredients and quantities is available online;
- Quadra Lean contains all-natural ingredients;
- Plenty of testimonials available online
- Some ingredients have no proven track record in what concerns weight loss or fat loss;
- Garcinia cambogia may be associated with negative side effects;
- We couldn’t find relevant clinical research supporting RSP Nutrition claims regarding this formula.
Quadra Lean may look like an appealing weight loss supplement, mostly because of the inclusion of garcinia cambogia and raspberry ketones, two ingredients heavily promoted by the TV celebrity Dr. Oz. But this doesn’t mean the overall formula is effective.
Because the Food and Drug Administration does not regulate supplements, manufacturers can make some extraordinary claims without the need to support these claims with actual clinical research.
However, there are quite a few online testimonials and customer reviews supporting this weight loss supplement. Based on people’s feedback, Quadra Lean does look like a solid product but without solid evidence we can’t be 100% sure on its effectiveness.

Is QuadraLean Right For You?
QuadraLean is a dietary supplement advertised as a 100% stimulant free weight loss formulation. The supplement’s list of direct benefits includes appetite control, fat stores mobilization, enhanced metabolism, and increased energy.
The formula is not involved in any scientific study or clinical trial that supports its actual effectiveness. The four main ingredients are CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid, L-Carnitine, Raspberry Ketones and Garcinia Cambogia. We will take a look at each in the following sections in order to determine the potential effectiveness of the formula.
The formula has received a large number of consumer reviews which you can consult online. With an Amazon rating of 3 out of 5 stars and a Bodybuilding.com score of 8.7 out of 10 from more than 700 reviews, it would be safe to assume the supplement enjoys a rather positive image among users.
There is little info available on company RSP Nutrition, as the company’s own About Us page is currently down. The company is based in Florida, United States, and focuses on manufacturing dietary supplements formulated for sports performance that aim to increase speed, strength, endurance and intensity of physical activity.
Ingredients of QuadraLean
QuadraLean includes the following ingredients: QuadraLean includes the following ingredients: Clarinol CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid), Garcinia Cambogia Extract, raspberry Ketones, QuadraLean Carnitine Blend: Acetyl-L- Carnitine HCL, Propionyl-L-Carnitine HCL, L-Carnitine L-Tartrate, gelatin, plant cellulose, silicon dioxide, and magnesium stearate.
Effectiveness of QuadraLean
QuadraLean features four main ingredients able to support the core advertised benefits, as we have described them in the previous section.
CLA or Conjugated Linoleic Acid is a naturally occurring fatty acid found in dairy products and meat, which has recently come to the attention of weight loss products manufacturers. It apparently works to breakdown body fat, helping with weight loss and lean mass retention. Evidence from clinical studies is contradictory and concerns regarding potential heart risks exist. L-Carnitine, the second ingredient in QuadraLean, can be naturally found in red meat. Supplementation is rarely recommended, as a ghealthy diet is able to provide the right amounts. There is little if any scientific data to prove its weight loss effects, and side effects may exist (nausea, fishy body odor, cramps or diarrhea).
Raspberry Keytones is a substance found in raspberries. They presumably decreases the absorption of fat and improve weight loss, however it is important to remember that again there’s no evidence of they actually working in humans.
Garcinia Cambogia, a tropical fruit, has also only recently risen to stardom as a weight loss ingredient. It apparently works to support appetite control and mood enhancement through its key active element, hydroxycitric acid (HCA). These rumored benefits don’t benefit from scientific support, hence you should pay attention.
Side effects such as nausea, lethargy, allergic reactions and others have been reported by consumers. The daily dosage is 6 pills taken twice a day.
The supplement is sold through Amazon.com, Bodybuilding.com and other large online and offline retailers. The formula is available in bottles of 30 and 150 capsules, depending on the period you want to try them out. Currently the 150 capsules bottle sells for roughly $35, but various price discounts or promotions of the type “buy one get one free” are available with some of the retailers. A 30 day money back guarantee seems to be in place, and you will be credited the purchase price less a 20% processing and handling fee.
Does QuadraLean Work?
We took a comprehensive look at QuadraLean, considering both the official presentation website and other retailer pages that comprise some sort of direct consumer feedback. The positive aspects for the formula are its ingredient list, which are limited in side effects, its great availability, its price and the large number f consumer testimonials. Still, we cannot overlook the fact that the main ingredients lack scientific backup concerning effectiveness, or that the manufacturer offers little information regarding when the formula was introduced to the market and where it is produces. Negative feedback is rather common, including a large group of consumers complaining about the formula being ineffective.
It is our strong recommendation that you talk to a healthcare specialist before starting any treatment, including with QuadraLean.
