1) Blueberry Leaf Extract Ingredients
Blueberry Leaf Extract includes the following ingredients: Blueberry Extract (Vaccinium angustifolium) (standardized to contain 16% chlorogenic acid) (leaf), Soybean Oil, Gelatin, Soy Lecithin, Glycerin, Yellow Beeswax, Caramel Color.
2) Is Blueberry Leaf Extract Right for You?
Blueberry Leaf Extract is somehow similar to other Blueberry Leaf Extract formulas. It contains only one active ingredient – blueberry leaf extract – a rigorously researched extract in the past few years.
Laboratory research concluded that the blueberry bush leaves are significantly richer in antioxidant content (phenolics) than the berries themselves, giving them a more remarkable ability to counteract damaging free radicals.
Blueberry Leaf Extract is also believed to help manage blood sugar levels, helping people with diabetes ensure a healthier heart, and protecting them against many chronic health conditions associated with the disease.
Recent research has also shown that a concentrated and purified form of blueberry leaf extract could prevent replicating the Hepatitis C virus. While additional research is required, many scientists believe the future is quite bright for blueberry leaf extract.
The recommended dose of Blueberry Leaf Extract is one soft gel, two or three times per day, preferably with the meal. If you are pregnant, nursing, or taking any medications, consult your doctor before use.
There are testimonials about Blueberry Leaf Extract posted online. What is being reported includes the following:
• Cheap;
• Easy to take, pleasant smell and taste;
• Highly effective;
• Works as advertised.
3) Blueberry Leaf Extract Cost
Each bottle of Blueberry Leaf Extract contains 100 soft gels, which should be enough for up to 30 days of treatment at the maximum recommended dose of 3 capsules per day. Blueberry Leaf Extract is a very inexpensive supplement.
The product can be purchased directly from the manufacturer. They will offer you a free bottle for each bottle you buy or two free bottles for every five bottles you buy. The shipping cost is $4.99 for domestic shipping. The price will vary for international shipping based on your physical location.
Blueberry Leaf Extract can also be purchased from various online retailers.
4) The Bottom Line – “Does it Work?”
Puritan’s Pride is a company with an excellent reputation among its customers. Blueberry Leaf Extract has received numerous positive reviews and testimonials. The clinical research conducted on blueberry leaf extracts has shown some promising results, but the ingredient is still under examination.
A free trial sample does not accompany Blueberry Leaf Extract. Still, the extremely low price/capsule recommends this supplement as an excellent purchase.
The manufacturer advertises this supplement as perfectly safe to use. However, we recommend caution as always and if possible, talk to your doctor before using this product.

I am pre-diabetic. My fasting blood glucose level is 120. I read about this product and said let me try it. Well, I must say it does exactly what is says. My fasting blood glucose is now 90 after one week of use. I hope it keeps going down to around 78 but so far I am very happy with this product.
I think this product is a great idea as we all know the value of antioxidants. I was excited to purchase this product based on the specifications provided. When I began taking the product, I began to experience colon problems. I tried taking the recommended dose with food and without food. In either case I couldn’t live with the problems and gave up on the product. I hope that it works for some people, but it definitely was not for me.
I can definitely vouch for blueberry leaf as an aid to blood sugar control. I have cut back on herbals for now because I am concerned that polyphenols *may* have contributed to my decline in iron stores. But when I was taking several about 5-15 minutes before each meal, I think the blueberry leaf was the most powerful aid to sugar control.
