1) Nitro Mind Quick Facts
Nitro Mind features two B vitamins in high doses, along with a special blend of 12 common nootropics. The proprietary blend includes bacopa monnieri, black pepper extract, huperzine-A, and oat straw. Oat straw is rarely included in supplements and it’s hard to find any evidence that it has practical applications. Oats themselves, such as oat bran, can help guard against heart disease and accumulating cholesterol. The straw has not been studied as well. It could help heart health, but reputable sources don’t generally recommend it as a supplement.
2) What Are Nitro Mind Ingredients?
Nitro Mind contains the following ingredients: Gingko Biloba, Oat Strawm, Alpha GPC, Rhodiola, Panax Ginseng, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Pterostilbene, B-Vitamins
3) Does Nitro Mind Work?
Each capsule contains vitamins B6 and B12, plus a proprietary blend (Green Guru NitroMind Blend) of 12 nootropic ingredients. This includes oanax ginseng, rhodiola rosea root, vinpocetine, and ginkgo bilba leaf. Ginseng is an adaptogen often found in supplements and drinks. It’s best known for reducing fatigue and improving mood. The minimum required is usually 40 mg, and 400 mg is thought to be the best amount because of the cognitive benefits. Panax ginseng is called the “true” ginseng and has been the most widely researched type of ginseng. Some studies say it’s effective for improving general cognition and the strength of your immune system.
Rhodiola Rosea is an herb that grows in many cold regions. In Russia and Scandinavia, it’s been used for centuries to cope with harsh climates and improve vitality. The roots also appear in traditional Chinese medicine, where it’s thought to possibly protect against altitude sickness. Some studies show that Rhodiola Rosea can be helpful with mental fatigue and stress, although more clinical trials are necessary. There are no known side effects, but it also doesn’t show increased effectiveness in doses of 700 mg daily or more. Doses of 50 to 650 mg a day have been effective.
4) Nitro Mind Health Benefits
- Inexpensive to average price. Vegan friendly with cellulose capsules.
- Uses popular ingredients, including some patented versions. The black pepper extract, for instance, is the BioPerine version. This has the potential to strengthen the formula beyond simply using the basic forms.
5) Nitro Mind Warnings and Precautions
- No caffeine, artificial ingredients, or gelatin.
- This product doesn’t list the concentrations of its ingredients, with the exception of vitamins B6 and B12. Their proprietary blend is 440 mg per capsule, but beyond that, we don’t have any details that would let us know how potent this supplement is. We’re left guessing at the effectiveness of its formula.
6) Nitro Mind Cost
Each bottle contains 45 capsules, which is supposed to be 15 servings. The company recommends that you don’t take this product every day, but when you do take it, you’re supposed to ingest multiple capsules. One serving is 2 to 3 capsules, with water, until you’ve assessed your individual tolerance. The company then recommends that you take 3 to 4 capsules, up to 6 days a week. Green Guru Nutrition offers a free trial of Nitro Mind, but many people won’t see results within such a short period of time. The price is slightly below average, despite the fact that you have to purchase two bottles for a one month supply.
7) How to Use Nitro Mind
Huperzine-A is a cognitive enhancer which may aid the learning neurotransmitters in your body. It’s a nootropic which isn’t as recognizable as ginkgo biloba, but it’s becoming included in a large amount of products. It’s derived from Chinese club moss and is highly purified for better quality and potency. After being processed through a laboratory it doesn’t closely resemble the moss once used in some traditional medicines. Still, it’s a natural ingredient, and can provide many cognitive benefits. It’s being included in clinical research because of how it can reduce symptoms of Alzheimer’s disease and the muscle disease myasthenia gravis. Like other nootropics, Huperzine-A can boost memory, alertness, mental energy, and learning capacity. The typical serving size is 50 to 200 mcg a day. Unfortunately we don’t know how much is in Nitro Mind. Their ingredients list is not very detailed.
8) Conclusion
This is a supplement which works well for some people. Others don’t see satisfactory results. As is common with supplements, people experience different results because individual biology varies so much. This isn’t expensive, so it can’t hurt to try Nitro Mind and see what it does for you. With our limited information on the contents of their formula, this could be a good nootropic for many people. There’s only one way to find out if it’s for you; to try it today.
People understand the advantages of a healthy brain, but making lifestyle changes can be difficult. A product for calm and focus can be remarkably beneficial.

Common Nitro Mind Questions and Answers
- Recent:
Nitro Mind includes the following ingredients: Gingko Biloba, Oat Strawm, Alpha GPC, Rhodiola, Panax Ginseng, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Acetyl-L-Carnitine, Bacopa, Vinpocetine, Huperzine A, Pterostilbene, B-Vitamins
Anecdotal evidence says it works, so far. The one downside is that this can't be independently verified. The proprietary blend in Nitro Mind is simply a list of ingredients, without concentrations listed. If we don't know how much of each ingredient is in the blend, it's almost impossible to know how effective it is. Vinpocetine, for example, is often administered in doses of 15 mg daily. This product could have 1 mg or 50 mg, and there isn't any way to know. Despite some mixed results, there are positive reviews talking about how Nitro Mind can be inexpensive and effective.
