Ingredients

1) Details on Menstium Ingredients and Uses

Menstium includes the following ingredients: Vitamin E, Vitamin B6, Magnesium Oxide, Chasteberry Extract, Dong Quai Extract, Licorice Extract, L-Theanine, Gelatin, Magnesium Stearate, and Rice Powder.

2) Does Menstium Work and it is Safe?

Although Menstium has not been directly researched for its Effectiveness, we have plenty of data about the ingredients used in the formula and their effects on the human body.

One of those key ingredients is Chasteberry. This herb has been used traditionally for hundreds of years as a treatment for various hormone-related conditions. Modern medicine had taken notice of this plant only about 50 years ago. The researchers found that Chasteberry extract can reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, being particularly useful for breast pain, tenderness, constipation, mood swings, headaches, and edema. However, some people argue the Effectiveness of this herb suggesting that most of the clinical trials which evaluated different Chasteberry preparations have not been randomized or double-blinded.

Another herb which is believed to offer relief from premenstrual syndrome symptoms is Dong Quai. Although this plant appears to regulate the fluctuations in female hormones, estrogen, and progesterone, no relevant scientific studies have been performed on humans to determine whether this plant can offer relief of symptoms such as cramping, water retention, moodiness, breast tenderness or headaches. Moreover, Dong Quai is often used in conjunction with other herbs. Therefore, it ‘s hard to determine the effectiveness of Dong Quai alone on PMS.

The manufacturer recommends taking one capsule in the morning and one capsule in the afternoon with at least 8 ounces of water. They also state that 45-60 days of continuous use may be necessary for optimum results.

Cost

3) How Much Does Menstium Cost?

Menstium is an expensive formula. Not only is the average price per daily serving very high, but one bottle is enough for only 15 days of treatment. You may purchase this formula from many online or offline retailers. Progressive Health is a popular company in the USA, therefore, finding a retailer should not be very hard.

Bottom Line

4) Our Bottom Line

It ‘s hard to determine the effectiveness of Menstium is the absence of testimonials. Based on the ingredients listed and the information we have found during our research, this formula may be able to offer relief of PMS syndromes in a natural way. However, this supplement is rather expensive, and you may need to consume several bottles before noticing any significant improvements in your condition.
