One person gave a one star review because they thought the capsules themselves included hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. They don't, although Jarrow might've used the substance in an older version of MagMind. There isn't anything bad about hydroxypropyl methylcellulose anyway – it's simply an alternative to gelatin, which is what most capsules are made out of. The current version of MagMind uses gelatin. Overall people report different results, and different degrees of those results. For some people MagMind is great, while others don't see the same benefits. It likely depends on your body's current levels of magnesium. Giving it a try is probably a good idea for most people.
