3) Ingredients of Brain Elevate

Brain Elevate includes these active ingredients:

  • Choline (from Choline Bitartrate) 50 mg
  • Ginkgo Biloba leaf extract 60 mg
  • RoseOx (Rosmarinus officinalis) 25 mg
  • Phosphatidylserine 15 mg
  • Huperzine complex (Huperzia Serrata) (moss) 25 mcg
  • L-Glutamine 125 mg
  • Gotu Kola (Centella Asiatica) 125 mg

Other inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose capsule), Rice Flour, Magnesium Stearate (vegetable source) and Silicon Dioxide.

Choline is used by our brain to “run” neurological processes involved in memory, focus, and cognitive function, ginkgo Biloba is a popular memory booster alongside phosphatidylserine ande RoseOx (rosemary), and huperzine is known to improve focus and mental clarity.

Glutamine is an important amino acid for proper brain function and Gotu Kola is a caffeine alternative known for its slow release, sustainable effect, and no jitters.

Some of the other key ingredients in Brain Elevate can also be found in other powerful nootropics. Read our Mind Lab Pro review if you’re interested.

4) Does Brain Elevate Work?

There’s no shortage of premium ingredients in the formula. Well, except for choline bitartrate because it’s the cheapest choline form ever and the least biovailable.

Most ingredients are high quality, branded, and standardized. However, they forgot to match ingredient quality with dosage.

For starters, choline bitartrate has problems bypassing the blood-brain barrier, so it needs upwards of 250-500 mg for a working dose. The rest of the ingredients didn’t fare that well either, with only Gotu Kola barely given a proper working dose.

To be fair, the serving size does indicate 1 capsule. Simply doubling your dose should sort of improve the formula, but even then, it’s still a mildly-dosed nootropic.

Final Thoughts

12) Final Thoughts on Brain Elevate

Brain Elevate is a mildly-dosed nootropic packed with high quality ingredients known to improve memory, focus, and overall learning.

The formula is great, but the doses aren’t, making Brain Elevate among some of the mediocre, if not weak, nootropics in the market.

For the price, we think there are far superior nootropics out there.

I take Brain Elevate daily and I haven’t felt to have a strong effect on my cognitive abilities. It is true that it has a weak effect but it isn’t the result I wanted. My dosage is 2 capsules per day but I’m thinking to raise the dosage to see if there will be any improvement.

I have memory problems with where I put my stuff. I use it for some time and it has great benefits.

Thank you Brain Elevate…. I am currently on my third bottle of Brain Elevate (by NOW) and can honestly state that I feel the “cloud” in my mind disappearing. I now remember what I went into a room for! Plus, my overall cognitive thinking process has improved tremendously!!
