Anxiety-X Review – 4 Facts You Need to Know
Anxiety-X is a natural supplement, a mixture of minerals, amino acids, and herbs advertised to help reduce the symptoms of anxiety, tension, headaches, and panic attacks. The company behind this product is Olympian Labs.
Many consumers have already tried prescription medications labeled for the anxiety of modern life, but usually, the prescription medications are associated with some unwanted side effects. Due to this unpleasant aspect, many people are seeking alternatives to herbal supplements, natural products or nutraceuticals. This “new” marked has become overwhelmed with a huge number of products and individuals may feel disoriented by all these available choices.
The manufacturer’s website describes Anxiety-X as “a nutritional formulation that provides nutrients.” Some of its ingredients may be unfamiliar to the typical consumer.

1) Ingredients of Anxiety-X
Anxiety-X includes the following ingredients: Motherwort, Wintergreen, Niacin, DMAE, L-Glutamine, L-Glycine, Inositol, GABA, and L-Tyrosine.
2) What Does Anxiety-X Do?
Olympian Labs claims that this mixture of amino acids, minerals, and herbs can help reduce the symptoms of anxiety, an ailment which can cause tension, fatigue, physical pain, insomnia, and even depression.
The key ingredient here that is believed to work for helping to reduce anxiety is GABA. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) is an amino acid that is known to play a major role in the physiology of stress. However, the degree to which orally ingested GABA supplements can breach the BBB (Blood Brain Barrier) and reach the brain is unknown. As a dietary supplement, GABA is usually contained within supplements that cater to athletes, especially bodybuilders, as it is a substance that might stimulate secretion of growth hormones.
Another essential ingredient that can be found in this product’s formulation is Inositol. Inositol is an essential factor in the health of the specialized cells in the brain, bone marrow, eyes, and intestines. For some, however, a high dosage of Inositol may cause diarrhea.
Olympian Labs has some rather bold claims for their product, argues that, unfortunately, are not supported by any real information through dedicated clinical studies. It is said that this formula offers help with reducing anxiety, but Olympian Labs fail to explain how this formula works.
The daily recommended dose is three capsules per day. Women who are pregnant or nursing should avoid taking Anxiety-X.
3) Anxiety-X Price
One bottle of Anxiety-X costs $19.99. Each bottle contains 90 capsules, which should be enough for at least one month of treatment. The cost may vary, though, depending on the retailer. It may be a good idea to compare prices if there is more than one location that supplies Anxiety-X in your area.
4) Our Bottom Line
Many other reputable supplements on the market are accessible and supported by a base of longstanding customers who post enthusiastically about their continued success with natural supplements that contain the natural mineral lithium.
While this product comes at a relatively decent price, we feel like of Anxiety-X has not been thoroughly researched, and its Effectiveness in treating the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression aren’t sufficiently proven.
With new manufacturing technologies on the rise, there’s little doubt it will soon bleed into the brain supplementation market, and, for some, it already has. Brain supplements are growing in popularity, but not all are created equal.
Backed up by a unique FQ formula, HCF® Happy, Calm & Focused is a supplement made from the highest quality ingredients, specially formulated to both promote brain health and focus expressly.
