Actodin Review – 8 Things To Consider
Actodin is a dietary supplement manufacturer by Nutricell Health Inc., a nutraceutical company located in the United States.
The formula was specially designed to support optimum joint health through the use of Natural Eggshell Membrane (NEM) and a proprietary blend of several other herbal ingredients known to treat joint symptoms.
Actodin is advertised as an all-natural dietary supplement consisting of only premium ingredients with excellent benefits for its consumers. However, the company does a very poor job at promoting this supplement online and most stores don’t stock the product. This is surprising as Actodin does show some potential and, based on the research we have conducted online, most consumers are happy with the results.

1) Actodin Quick Facts
As stated above, Actodin is advertised as an all-natural dietary supplement that contains only premium ingredients to ensure excellent benefits for its consumers. The manufacturer claims that ingredients used in this formulation will aid the body in the repair process of damaged joints while maintaining the healthy stature of other connective tissues in the body.
Actodin can be used to reduce joint pain and discomfort, reduce joint inflammation and swelling, reduce joint stiffness, enhance production of synovial fluid in the body, improve joint flexibility and mobility, or aid in the repair process of damaged joints and cartilages.
Consumers choosing Actodin or any other joint support supplement need to understand that the most commonly used ingredients will not provide instant relief or support. Glucosamine, in this case, requires regular use to help rebuild cartilage and improve joint health. Even if Nutricell Health Inc. claims their product will show first improvements within the first week of use, regular use could mean two to four months of use before improvement is noticed.
2) What’s Inside Actodin?
Actodin contains the following ingredients: Actodin includes the following ingredients: Natural Egg Shell Membrane (Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine Chondroitin, Collagen, and Amino Acid) and Proprietary Blend(Boswellia, Turmeric, White Willow Bark, Devil’s Claw, and Yucca Root).
3) Is Actodin Right for You?
Actodin is mainly composed of Natural Eggshell Membrane (NEM) but the formula also includes a proprietary blend of herbal extracts and other natural ingredients such as Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, and Collagen.
Natural Eggshell Membrane includes several key ingredients. Glucosamine is one of these key ingredients. This all-natural chemical compound is responsible for the building and repair of worn out tendons, ligaments, and cartilage. The substance can be found naturally in our bodies, but as we age, our bodies cannot keep up with the demand. When this happens, Glucosamine, can be introduced artificially in human bodies to help keep joints and cartilages in shape. Supplemental Glucosamine (like the one used in Actodin) is normally obtained from the shellfish, since shellfish is the only known natural source of Glucosamine.
Chondroitin is a body molecule that is created when Glucosamine molecules stick together, and it is important in joints since it provides a much needed cushion. Chondroitin also absorbs fluids into the joint tissues, making your joints well lubricated. In this product, chondroitin plays a great role in blocking cartilage-destroying enzymes.
The recommended dose of Actodin is one capsule per day. If there are no improvements after one week of treatment, increase the dosage up to three capsules per day. You can also start with three pills a day and reduce the dosage as you start feeling better.
Please note that Actodin contains egg extracts. The product has also been associated with several mild side effects such as vomiting, nausea, headache, diarrhea, gastric upset, or allergic reactions due to the egg extracts.
4) Actodin Benefits & Results
- Unlike many other joint care products, it only takes as little as a capsule a day to start feeling the relief
- Actodin is 100% natural
- Actodin will likely improve joint mobility and decrease pain with regular use
- Affordable price
- Although there aren’t many reviews and testimonials online, the percentage of positive reviews is overwhelming.
5) Precautions of Actodin Use
- Contains eggs and derivatives of fish which may be unsuitable for people who are allergic to fish and eggs
- Develops a strong odor if wrongly stored
- Poor online and offline presence, the company does a poor job at promoting the supplement
- Actodin was linked to several potential side effects
- No free trial
- Can’t be purchased directly from the official website, you will have to look for other online retailers
6) Actodin Price
Actodin was not available for purchase from the official website at the moment of this review. However, the supplement can be purchased from various other retailers and online stores (Amazon for instance).
7) Actodin Serving Size
In the meantime, Actodin contains white willow bark extract to help the consumer relieve pain naturally. White willow bark is similar to aspirin and works to reduce pain. Due to the similarity between white willow bark and aspirin, it is best to contact your doctor before taking this supplement if you are currently taking blood thinners.
8) Conclusion
Actodin is a solid joint supplement, but Nutricell Health Inc does very little to sell the product. We would like the company to give the buyer more information on each of the ingredients, such as the need to take this supplement long-term to feel the effects.
We don’t like the fact that white willow bark was included into the formula but there is no warning in the product description regarding the potential side effects of this herbal extract. That is not a good decision by Nutricell Health Inc.

Customers Questions and Answers with Actodin
- Recent:
Actodin includes the following ingredients: Actodin contains the following ingredients: Natural Egg Shell Membrane (Hyaluronic Acid, Glucosamine Chondroitin, Collagen, and Amino Acid) and Proprietary Blend(Boswellia, Turmeric, White Willow Bark, Devil's Claw, and Yucca Root).
Actodin is not a supplement for people who are allergic or disgust eggs. It is also a shame that most stores don't have this supplement in stock and the producing company does a very poor job at advertising and selling Actodin online.
Overall, Actodin does look like a solid supplement that may offer some if not even all claimed benefits. With some advertising and a better online presence, Actodin may actually become one of the most popular dietary supplements out there.
I have used it for about 5 years, one a day, and recently only occasionally, because my shoulders and arms are so much better. The surgeon who saw me back then expected me to be eating painkillers within 6 months, but I seem to have got better instead! I haven’t taken anything else long term.
