Vitacerin is advertised as a multivitamin dietary supplement designed to provide support in 6 vital areas of the body, particularly digestive support and colon health, muscle, bone and joint support, vision and youth enhancement, antioxidant and free radical support and detoxification support. The product is available in a liquid form, unlike traditional capsules or tablets.

The manufacturer, Liquid Vitamins, argues that liquid vitamins are likely to be absorbed better (thus more efficient) and quotes a Physician Desk Reference which concludes that vitamins in a liquid form are absorbed in proportion of 85 to 90 % by the body compared to a 20% absorption rate as it is the case with tablets or capsules.

Liquid Vitamins is located in the U.S. and offers a variety of vitamin and multi-vitamin formulas in a liquid form, rather than the traditional capsules, pills or tablets.

Vitacerin includes the following ingredients: Vitamin A (as retinyl palamitate), Vitamin B1 (as thiamine), Vitamin B2 (as riboflavin), Vitamin B3 (as niacinimide), Vitamin B5 (as d-calcium pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine Hcl), Vitamin B12 (as methylocbalamin), Folic Acid, Biotin, Choline (bitartrate), Vitamin C, Vitamin D (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (as D-alpha tochopherol acetate), Calcium, Magnesium, Manganese, Zinc, Chromium, Natural Tomatoe Blend, Lycopene, Beta-carotene, Phytoene, Phytofluene, Aztec Marigold, Citrus Bioflaanoids, Optiberry Proprietary Blend (Wild Blueberry, Vacinium Angustifolium extract, Strawberry Fragaria Chiloenisis powder, Cranberry Vaccinium Macrocarpon extract, Elderberry Sambucus Nigra extract, Raspberry Rubus Idaeus powder), Proprietary multi-fiber Complex, Super Phyto Food Complex (Aloe Vera Juice, Lithothaminion Calcareum, extracts of: banana, tomate, apple, kiwi, strawberry, peach, red grape, blueberry, mango, cantaloupe, pineapple, cranberry, cherry, raspberry, red pepper, egg plant, plum, elderberry, apricot, carrot, ginger, beet, onion, sweet potato, white potato, broccoli, spinach, kale, brusel, sprout, cabbage, orange, grapefruit, lemon and lime, Blue Green Algae, irish Moss, Olive Leaf extract, Spirulina, Wheatgrass, Horsetail Extract), Bromlai, Amylase, Protease, Lipase, Cellulase, Lactase, Hawthron Berry, Acai Berry, Red Korean Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba, Ekeuthero, Coenzume, Garlic, Wolfberry extract, Alfalfa extract, Rose Hips, Alpha Lipoic Acid, Sarasparilla Root, Burdockroot, Milk Thistle Extract, Alanin, Arginine, Aspartic Acid, Cystine, Glutamine Acid, Glycine, Histidine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysinc, Mehthionine, Phenylalanine, Proline, Serine, Therine, Tyrosine, Valine, Apple Pectin, Parsle, Cinnamon, Fenugeek, Antimony, Barium, Beryllium, Bismuth, Boron, Boromine, Cadmium, Calcium, Carbon, Cerium, Cesium, Chloride, Chromium, Copper, Cobalt, Erbium, Europium, Fluoride, Gadolinium, Gallium, Germanium, Gold, Hafnium, Holmium, Indium, Iodine, Iridium, Iron, Lanthamum, Lithium, Lutetian, Magnesium, Manganese, Molybdneum, Neodymium, Nickel, Niobium, Osmium, Palladium, Phosphorus, Platinum, Praseodymium, Rhenium, Rhodium, Rubidium, Ruthenium, Samarium, Scandium, Sleneium, Sillicon, Silver, Sodium, Stontium, Sulfur, Tantalum, Telluium, Terbium, Thallium, Thorium, Thulium, Tin, Titanium, Tungsten, Vandium, Yterbium, Vitrium, Zinc, and Zirconium.

Product Features

Vitacerin is a blend of over 200 vitamins, minerals, amino-acids, fatty acids, fruits, vegetables, proprietary blends and nutrients designed to support a large number of key body functions. The formula is an all-inclusive daily nutritional product.

The Alpha Lipoic Acid in its composition is designed to support body detoxification and cleansing. This is one of the most powerful antioxidants known and can easily pass the blood brain barrier. Therefore it is used to protect the brain and nerve tissue. It has also been studied for effectiveness in problems involving free radical damage (dementia, Alzheimer’s), in blood sugar problems (diabetes) or heart problems.

Supplementation with Alpha Lipoic Acid is advised as its production decreases with age. Common side effects include low blood sugar levels or rashes.

Eleuthero or Siberian Ginseng is another ingredient of the formula, used to provide heart and circulatory system support. The plant possesses adaptogenic properties and helps strengthen the body’s resistance to stress. It is also used for conditions of the heart and blood vessels (high or low blood pressure, atherosclerosis, and rheumatic heart disease). The plant is considered safe for most adults on short-term use. While side effects are rare, some people have reported anxiety, drowsiness and muscle spasms.

Unfortunately, there are no online testimonials. The effectiveness of the formula cannot be assessed in the absence of consumer testimonials or any clinical trials involving the formula.
The recommended daily dosage is 2 tablespoons.

  • It contains some much needed vitamins and minerals
  • Liquid form ensures increased absorption

  • No consumer testimonials other than a few on the manufacturer’s website
  • Side effects associated to ingredients individually
  • Extremely high number of ingredients which may cause side effects or unknown interactions

Vitacerin contains over 200 ingredients designed to support 6 main areas of the body, from muscle, bones and joints to brain. The formula is what we may call an “all-but-the-kitchen-sink” approach. The product is not clinically tested and no consumer testimonials (other than a few positive ones on the manufacturer’s website) exist. It is important to note that some ingredients have caused side effects. We should also acknowledge the fact that the ingredients may interact with one another and generate some other side effects.

It is therefore our strong advice to seek medical advice prior to deciding to start treatment.
