The Healthy Brain Program Ingredients
The author of the Program is Doctor Stephen J. Kiraly, which developed the program in Canada in 1999 and presented it largely to professionals. Later on, after more than 250 presentations nationwide, Dr. Kiraly wrote the book inspired by the program called “Your Healthy Brain: a Personal and Family Guide to Staying Healthy and Living Longer.” The book is easy to read and suitable for the lay public.
