Ingredients

3) Syntha-6 Protein Powder Ingredients

Syntha-Protein Powder’s Protein Matrix Blend is made up of:

  • Whey Protein Concentrate: The most common whey protein form and also the cheapest. Whey concentrate is known as a fast-digesting protein.

  • Whey Protein Isolate: The upgraded version of whey concentrate, known for higher purity per gram.

  • Calcium Caseinate and Micellar Casein: Both are protein forms often taken before bed time due to their slow-release effect, which greatly impacts muscle recovery. The difference is only in their chemical structure, but they’re functionally the same.

  • Milk Protein Isolate: Another type of slow digesting protein made from skim milk.

  • Egg Albumen: Literally protein from an actual egg (but comes in the form of egg powder).

  • Glutamine Peptides: Glutamine bound to a peptide for added stability during the digestion process. Glutamine is an amino acid essential for muscle growth.

The formula also contains digestive enzymes Papain and Bromelain to reduce the bloating often associated with heavy protein ingestion.

4) Is Syntha-6 Protein Powder Right for You?

Answering whether Syntha-6 Protein Powder is right for you or not depends entirely on your goals.

The supplement tries to combine multiple types of protein into one to get the most out of everything, but the reality is it would be better if you took “pure” protein powders as opposed to blends, at least blends like what Syntha-6 has.

Mixing all sorts of proteins together really doesn’t make Syntha-6 attractive to those who actually have goals in mind when buying protein powders.

Some protein powders are designed to be taken immediately after a workout, others throughout the day, and some a few hours before you call it a day. Syntha-6 tried to be a Jack of All Trades and became master of none.

So, it’s only as good as the goals of the user.

Final Thoughts

10) Final Thoughts on Syntha-6 Protein Powder

Syntha-6 Protein Powder is a blend of 6 essential proteins (milk, eggs, etc) designed support muscle protein synthesis and provide intensive physical energy.

The blend was designed with athletes and fitness enthusiasts in mind, but we think trying to be the ultimate answer to everyone’s protein needs did the opposite. Different people have different goals when buying supplements, and it’s no different with protein blends.

While the formula itself is not that bad (though a bit pricey), we don’t see it as an advisable protein powder for those who are serious with their weight lifting or bodybuilding goals.

Your product tastes great! However I believe I’m having a allergic reaction. Iv only taken the synthase-6 for only three days now and I’m experiencing a red blotchy rash on my legs. It is a little itchy and my skin feels chapped. Could this be too much glutamine in the product?
