Product Features

According to the manufacturer of Syntha-6 Protein Powder, the formula offers a blend of 6 fast, medium and slow digesting proteins. The formula contains allergenic ingredients such as milk, egg, wheat, and soy.

Proteins are molecules made of amino acids. They form the basis of living tissues and play a central role in many biological processes. Some proteins work to defend the body from germs, others, known as contractile proteins are responsible for movement, while others work to speed up chemical reactions.

Syntha-6 Protein Powder contains Glutamine peptides, Glutamine molecules bonded to other amino acids in order to increase the stability of Glutamine in the body. Glutamine is an amino acid, which the body can synthesize on its own, but can also be taken from food sources. Glutamine peptides are promoted and sold as a nutritional supplement deigned to improve muscle and soft tissue repair following exercise, surgery or injury. While Glutamine is generally well-tolerated, Glutamine peptides are more powerful and may result in side effects such as gastrointestinal distress, allergic reactions (hives, rashes, itching, swollen neck and face) as well as kidney and liver stress.

Medium Chain Triglycerides (MCTs) are another important ingredient of the formula. Particularly they are fats found in coconut oil, palm oil or milk fat. They are metabolized differently than Long Chain Triglycerides or LCTs (another type of dietary fats) and are a popular source of energy for people engaged in prolonged physical activities. In a study published in 1991 in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition, the energy expenditure of healthy adult men was 65% higher when they were fed MCTs than when they were fed LCTs

The daily dosage recommended varies for men and women. No Syntha-6 Protein Powder side effects are issued for the formula. Previews for Syntha-6 Protein Powder are extremely positive. Your product tastes great! However I believe I’m having a allergic reaction. Iv only taken the synthase-6 for only three days now and I’m experiencing a red blotchy rash on my legs. It is a little itchy and my skin feels chapped. Could this be too much glutamine in the product?
