Stress Free Mind Ingredients
Stress Free Mind includes the following ingredients: Bacopa, Dwarf Morning Glory, Gotu Kola, Ashwagandha, Indian Tinospora, Jatamansi, Greater Galangal, Licorice and Pearl.
Stress Free Mind is a 100% herbal mixture. The formula features popular herbal ingredients such as Bacopa Monnieri, Gotu Kola and Ashwagandha.
Bacopa Monnieri, also known as Brahmi, is an ancient Ayurvedic medicine known to exert excellent brain and nerve tonic properties. Today, the plant is commonly used for treating epilepsy, sexual dysfunction and fertility problems, although more recent research revealed its beneficial effects on memory. Bacopa contains the active ingredients called Bacosides A and B, which are believed to possess nootropic anti-oxidant effects. Bacopa Monnieri has been shown to increase mental alertness, focus, recall and memory and to promote mental relaxation (resulting in reduced anxiety, mental fatigue, lack of focus and amnesia). Also, the use of Bacopa Monnieri in the recommended doses did not show any adverse reactions.
Jatamansi has been traditionally used by Ayurvedic medicine practitioners to enhance memory, alleviate insomnia and promote mental stability. Today the herb is used as a brain tonic, and is known to promote peace and a sense of calmness to mind as well as to increase focus. Research on humans is however still in its early stages. This is why use should be avoided during pregnancy and lactation because of the lack of sufficient clinical studies.
The manufacturer recommends taking 2 tablets of Stress Free Mind twice per day. No consumer reviews are available for consultation. Also, no side effects, drug interactions or precautions are mentioned.

Many of the ingredients have been tested to great extents and proven to positively impact the parameters mentioned in the benefit claims.
However, there are also ingredients which have not been sufficiently researched on humans, and this is the reason why we advise you either to further research the product or to consult a specialist before use.
