I feel a lot less anxious but my depression is not going away at all. I have to take something else for that. However, I can’t say I found anything that treats both successfully.

From everything I’ve been reading it’s recommended to take purecalm and mindsooth together. Have you considered doing that?

ive came of antidepresents two weeks ago
and feel very posative and happy in my life right now
however has a back up i have bought 5htp and have heard some bad feed back abut it
and unsure whether to take them if i feel the need to
there are that many amino acids on the market to day
i was just wandering which is the best choice to take.i would be really gratefull if some one could write a review and let me kmow.
