MaxiLife Choline Cocktail is a product that claims to improve the general functioning of the human brain. It was developed by TwinLab, a company that’s been operating in the field of health supplements since 1968 and has acquired quite a good reputation since. They have a wide selection of products, from herbal supplements and teas to diet and energy products. The company is located in the US and encourages current or prospective customers to take contact with them for any questions.

Many people suffer from stress nowadays, which leads to a decreased focusing capacity, a lower memory span and the feeling of mental fatigue. MaxiLife Choline Cocktail claims to relieve customers of these symptoms, through the mix of minerals and herbal extracts that it provides. It is also supposed to relieve stress, the usual cause for these symptoms to appear, and even anxiety for some people. It is also reported that the product can increase energy levels for people feeling fatigued.

MaxiLife Choline Cocktail Ingredients

MaxiLife Choline Cocktail contains: Phosphatidylserine, Huperzine A, Ginkgo Biloba, DMAE, Acetyl L-Carnitine, Vitamin A, Vitamin B6, Vitamin B12, Vitamin E, Folic Acid, Pantothenic Acid, Guarana Seed Extract, and CoQ10.

Product Features

MaxiLife Choline Cocktail is a mixed formulation of herbal extracts and minerals, supposed to alleviate stress and anxiety and relive people of the symptoms that can occur due to these conditions.

Phosphatidylserine is a chemical extracted from soy beans that, unfortunately, has little attested uses in memory and cognition enhancement, although there are studies that affirm it might be useful in treating dementia and senility. However, it is attested that the substance has an energizing effects, being used by athletes in order to reduce fatigue during their training.

Huperzine A is a moss extract currently being tested for its potentially beneficial effects against diseases characterized by neurodegeneration, seeing as the substance presents cognition-enhancing properties. Unfortunately, there are occasional side effects associated with the consumption of this substance, such as breathing problems, chest pain, rashes, hyperactivity and insomnia.

Ginkgo Biloba is another herbal component of this product, with similar effects to Huperzine A. It has confirmed effects on memory and cognition, being a popular ingredient of many brain supplements.

L-Carnitine and DMAE are similar in effect, with preliminary studies showing potential use in raising energy levels and mental capacities, but inconsistently, requiring further study.

The vitamin complex found in this product is also commonly found in supplements, being considered helpful in restoring the brain and body to its full potential after stress takes its toll.

Although most of the ingredients have confirmed usage in the way the product is claimed to act, there is no research available on MaxiLife Choline Cocktail, so there is no confirmation whether the product itself works as is intended.

The recommended dosage mentioned on the manufacturer’s website is 4 tablespoons in a glass of water, once or twice per day. Usage is not advised for pregnant or nursing women. The website makes no reference to consumption for children, so you might want to consult a doctor if you want to administer this supplement to a child.

This is not to say that the product doesn’t work, seeing as many customers reported on various websites that they were very satisfied with the supplement and that they experienced boosts in energy, capacity to focus and less stress after starting taking the product.

Before you decide to buy a supplement you should consult with your doctor and conduct your own research, to see if there are any options on the market better suited for you, or if your symptoms are actually a sign of a more serious underlining condition than just stress.
