Liddell Letting Go Anxiety, as the name suggests, is a product that’s supposed to help people alleviate anxiety and tension. This formula was developed by Liddell Laboratories, a company that’s been dealing in homeopathic remedies for almost 20 years and has made itself known through the usage of an oral spray delivery system for liquid supplements. They have a wide selection of homeopathic products, ranging from stress relief to hormonal re-balancing and detoxification products.

This homeopathic product is design to provide relief for people experiencing stress-induced anxiety and stress. For people faced with making important decisions on a daily basis or that need their head clear, Liddell Letting Go Anxiety might be a great solution of dealing with all the built-up stress of an agitated lifestyle. It also helps increase the quality of sleep for its consumers and reduces the likelihood of anxiety-induced insomnia.

Liddell Letting Go Anxiety Ingredients

Liddell Letting Go Anxiety contains: Aconitum Napellus, Avena Sativa, Aurum Metallicum, Zincum Metallicum, Calcarea Carbonica, and Coccus Cacti.

Product Features

Liddell Letting Go Anxiety is a homeopathic product designed to help people through its herbal formulation. This product is a homeopathic remedy, attempting to alleviate symptoms experienced by individuals by administering highly diluted amounts of substances that are supposed to induce the same symptoms. Unfortunately, there is no medical proof of homeopathy actually working, with reported success rates equivalent to those of placebos.

Aconitum Napellus, also referred to as Monkshood, is an attractive garden-flower that was used as a poison in ancient times. Traditional Chinese medicine used it to treat general debility, but if used in excessive amounts this plant can prove lethal due to its toxic content of alkaloids.

Avena Sativa, commonly known as oat, has been used to treat skin conditions, urinary tract infections and help regulate menstrual cycles for women. It is considered a good source of fiber and protein and is used by people that need to follow a gluten-free diet.

Calcarea Carbonica, another homeopathic remedy, is used to treat (or cause) a jaded physical and mental state, commonly associated with overworking and stress.

The mix of less popular homeopathic ingredients may be puzzling for some potential users. However, according to the manufacturer, each ingredient was carefully studied and tested. They also claim to have clinical evidence to support this formula. Sadly, we were unable to find such evidences.

Liddell Letting Go Anxiety is considered safe for all people above the age of 12, with a recommended dose of 2-3 pumps per day.

  • Safe for consumption for adults and teenagers
  • Producer has experience in developing homeopathic remedies
  • 45 days money back guarantee policy if the customer is not entirely satisfied with his purchase

  • Little medical evidence to sustain homeopathic product claims
  • Manufacturer provides little evidence of testing done to prove that the product acts as advertised
  • No possibility of a free trial before purchasing the product
  • Many relatively unknown ingredients

The major concern of Liddell Letting Go Anxiety is one common to homeopathic remedies: does it actually work? While there is no scientific proof to support the claims of homeopathy enthusiasts, there are an overwhelming amount of reports and testimonials that claim that not only do they work, but they’re more effective than conventional medication or herbal remedies.

However, it is important to understand that each individual is different and so are his needs. That’s why we always support companies that offer free trial sample or at least a money-back guarantee feature.

The formula behind Liddell Letting Go Anxiety is “uncommon” but the manufacturer has a rich experience in developing, producing and selling homeopathic remedies.

I’m interested in using it for sleep purposes but however I’m a non user in any kind of drugs but being homeopathic I’m hoping it works with no side effects

  2. 2

I’m wondering if I had a severe reaction to this. I woke up the next morning with horrible headache and nausea. I’m in day 2 with some improvement but still slight headache and nausea with weakness. I’m not sure if this was the cause but it’s the first time I’ve tried.

      Hi Maryann,

Liddell Letting Go Anxiety is an entirely plant-based supplement and has no known side effects. In general, homeopathic remedies rarely cause such reactions, especially when used as recommended. However, if you feel this might have been the cause of your headaches and nausea, I strongly advise you to request a medical opinion before resuming administration. It is extremely uncommon, but you might have an unpleasant reaction to one or more of the ingredients in the formula. I hope you’ll get better soon!

      Kind wishes,
      BR Editor
