How many ingredients does it take to make a potent nootropic designed for focus, memory, and attention? 5? 8? 10?

The actual number is 28 based on Focus Fast by Enyotics Health. It’s hard to imagine how they managed to fit 28 ingredients into one tablet, but they somehow did it.

Focus Fast by Enyotics Health is claimed to be the world’s number 1 and the only Neuro Focusing Agent designed to improve working memory, increase focus and enhance attention.

With 28 ingredients per serving, is Focus Fast really as good as it claims to be or will throwing anything but the kitchen sink make it a mediocre brand? Read our Focus Fast review to find out.

What’s Inside?

3) What’s Inside Focus Fast?

There are 28 key ingredients in Focus Fast not including the vitamins and minerals.

Vitamins & Minerals
Focus Fast contains a plethora of B vitamins, Vitamin C, and chromium and calcium. The daily values of their B vitamins go beyond 100%, with three at around 2000%.

That may seem like overkill, but B vitamins are water soluble, so the body tends to just excrete them through urination and even sweating.

Acute Attention Complex
This appears to be their mental energy blend. It notably contains gotu kola, a “slow release” type of caffeine source, Acetyl-L-Carnitine for brain energy and metabolism, and Bacopa Monnieri for memory.

Advanced Neuro Complex
This blend is Focus Fast’s brain function and mood blend, powered by Alpha GPC, which is a good source of bioavailable choline, and a combo of Tyrosine and Huperzine for clarity and mood.

Deep Memory Complex
As the name suggests, this blend is formulated for memory retention, but also to reduce stress.

Some of the notable ingredients are Ginkgo Biloba for memory and Ashwagandha, one of the most popular adaptogens in the industry.

Maximum Focus Complex
For their focus blend, Focus Fast includes Green Tea and Rhodiola, two ingredients that aren’t really used for focus as much as to help relieve stress and anxiety.

Theanine and 5-HTP are practically mood enhancers. The true focus ingredient is Panax Ginseng.

4) Does Focus Fast Work?

Good supplements should find a way to marry quality and quantity, and we think Focus Fast put too many eggs on quantity of ingredients over quality of dosage.

While 28 ingredients in one formula does sound impressive, it does pose two big problems:

  • Too many ingredients means a lot of ingredient interaction, which can lead to many potential side effects
  • There’s just not enough dose to go around, especially in a tablet medium

Putting 28 ingredients together under 1.3 grams means you’re bound to have ingredients that won’t really do anything. They would be broken down by stomach acids and what’s left would be too small to be metabolized or to be used by the body.

With confidence, we can therefore say that Focus Fast just won’t work as intended.

It will help you get your daily vitamins and minerals boost, but we’re not sure if it will positively affect brain function.

Now, if you’re after a supplement that has a more focused approach on their formula, we think Procera AVH and its three-ingredient formula is worth a look.

Verdict

10) Our Final Take On Focus Fast

Focus Fast is marketed as a nootropic that can help with memory, attention, and of course, focus.

The product contains over 30 vitamins, minerals and other nutrients, a way of creating something that’s too big to fail. However, they failed to capitalize on one thing and that’s the dosage.

They put 28 key ingredients, but all of them are sharing not more than 1.3 grams. Then, the blends also displayed lack of synergy and some ingredients are in blends that don’t make sense. This shows that the people behind Focus Fast have little to no knowledge of what a quality formula is supposed to be.

Needless to say, we don’t recommend Focus Fast.

This is a VERY good product. I’ve been taking FF for about 5 months now and my memory has never been better. I’m actually getting compliments almost on a daily basis because i remember all our clients.

Ellie W.

I thought I would try this since there were no side effects and it was all natural ingredients, but it did not help at all.

Joseph Miller

A decent memory aid. Its cheaper than most…so I’m happy with what it can offer.

I just started taking it today and already have seen better focus within 2-3 hours. I ate first then took it and I should have taken it first then eaten. I have ADHD Inattentive and impulsive and have been taking Vyvanse since last year. My husband lost his job so I was taking the Vyvanse only when I worked but the days between were unbearable. So tired I just slept most of the time, couldn’t focus and dreaded trying to do my normal daily routine. I thought I’d try this until we can get insurance again. I was expecting nothing but I feel better, better mood, energy and focused. I even remembered the name Vyvanse, I usually forget the name of it. lol We’ll see how it does. I’m going to try this for a a while and save my Vyvanse until I know whether this is a good alternative or not. I’m mainly concerned that it won’t last an 8 or 12 hr work shift and to have to take 4 pills a day is too expensive. Rx for ADHD with insurance are so cheap. I also take 3-6-9 Omegas, B-100 Complex time release, Ashwaghanda for stress, and Iron supplements. These may make this work better as some others have suggested, especially the omegas. So far so good….I’ll come back in a month with an update.

Grass Fed Meats have omegas. Also your seeds and nuts pukimpn, sunflower, flax, pinenuts, almonds etc (especially flax or linseed). Fish is by far the best source. Shellfish is also good. You really want to be focussing on the omega 3 s though, because these are the ones we’re not getting enough of. They are found mainly in fish, seeds and grass fed meats. You need roughly a 1:1 ratio of omega 3:omega 6. Omega 6 is fairly common.Recipes? Well you can do simple things like adding seeds to your salads, evening meals etc. Again go for Grass Fed rather than Grain Fed meats, but really you should eat fish if you’re not allergic. That is your best source.

I have been taking Focus Fast for approximately 1 year now. In this amount of time I’ve noticed quite a few significant changes. Choice: Firstly, what attracted me to this product was the fact that it claimed to improve memory retention and perhaps improve attention span. After reading up on a few particular products that fit this bill, I chose focus fast because it did not include any additional caffeine which was strangely one of the selling points for me. I drink coffee throughout the day which I buy organic, so additional unknowns and possibly other chemicals found in the other products were somewhat unappealing. Results: After I started taking it, I noticed several “Stages” if you will of trying it for the first time. Week 1, I noticed I was beginning to dream again, It hadn’t happened for some time, or at least I didn’t feel it. There were no nightmares, but I just was able to recall what they were about for the first time in my adult life. Week 2-3, I noticed certain finger-snapping/tip of tongue situations were starting to go away, ie “What as that person’s name again?” or “Where did they work?”, those were slowly disappearing. Week 4-6, I noticed that remembering telephone numbers, client payroll EXACT figures and names were all staying put, e.g. I was not forgetting any of the information that had come across my desk. Week 7-14, I was practically able to retain any information that was given to me by any of my employees, and remembered every scenario in the office and what the solution was. Conclusion: It actually dawned on me a little bit when I was with some friends in the movie theater watching the movie “Limitless”, as strange as it might sound I kept thinking that this was a “NZT Light” in a way. It’s quite astonishing at a few of the scenarios the main character brought up in the movie, and I quite vividly and wholeheartedly feel the same in a few of those. My memory has quite honestly turned to be a one way mirror, in the sense that once I am exposed to something, I no longer have a fear of ever forgetting it. To further test my theory, I ended up deleting all of my numbers from my cellphone and was able to recall 30-40 different telephone numbers of various co-workers, friends and family. Amazing product, and I’ve already started buying some for my parents who are in their early 60s.

This is a VERY good product. I think the reason that some ppl on here might not be getting the same results might be cuz they’re only using it for 1 or 2 months. I’ve been taking FF for about 5 months now and my memory has never been better. I’m actually getting compliments almost on a daily basis cuz I can remember all of our clients (hair salon)
