Brain Fuel is a blend of vitamins, minerals, amino acids and botanicals which modern research or traditional medicine has proven effective in protecting brain health.

Tyrosine is an amino acid synthesized, by the body but also available in certain foods such as eggs, nuts, beans, fish or meat. The amino-acid is a precursor of the neurotransmitters Dopamine and Norepinephrine. Its most notable observed effects are on humans subjected to stressful conditions such as prolonged work hours, sleep deprivation, loss of a love one or fatigue. In normal conditions, results testing Tyrosine’s effectiveness on mood and cognitive functions are inconclusive.

Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica) was traditionally used by Ayurvedic, African and Chinese medicine practitioners for its antiviral, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties. Today, it is most commonly used as a circulatory tonic, effective providing mental clarity and alertness, healthy brain functions and an overall balanced health condition. Side effects occur in high doses and include skin allergies, headache, dizziness, nausea and upset stomach.

No Brain Fuel side effects are mentioned by the manufacturer, or reported from consumers. Still, you should know that the number of online consumer testimonials is limited to less than 10. The recommended daily dose is 3 capsules taken between meals or as directed by a healthcare professional.

Brain Fuel is a combination of vitamins, amino acids, herbal ingredients and nutrients all researched and proven to offer support to various brain health areas. However, for some of these ingredients, effectiveness and complete range of benefits still need testing.

The manufacturer also mentions no side effects for the entire mixture, although individual ingredients (especially herbal ingredients) are known to have caused side effects under certain conditions of usage, frequency or prior health state.

Although Brain Fuel is not covered by any money-back guarantee policy; the manufacturer is known to have a good reputation, which may represent a guarantee in its own right. For precautionary reasons, however, we recommend specialized opinion prior to beginning use.
